Comment DBCC-4337

I think the names of the proposed constituencies are a bit too long and clunky. For example, 'Bangor Aberconwy Ynys Mon' sounds like a cluster of words put together. Would it be better to create a region name for a constituency that reflects its area? I also think a monolingual Welsh language name for a constituency could be a better option - it promotes the language, as well makes the Senedd constituency more distinct from the Westminster constituencies, giving Senedd elections their own more defined Welsh identity.

Regarding area groupings:
-Dwyfor Meirionnydd would be better placed with Ceredigion as they are more similar as coastal communities with a significant Welsh-speaking population.

-Cardiff West may be better placed with Cardiff North, and Cardiff South placed with Cardiff East as these areas seems to be more similar to each other than where they are currently placed. These could then be simply named as Cardiff Northwest and Cardiff Southeast.
