Comment DBCC-4366

The pairing of Brecon with Neath & Swansea East is an abomination, and considered only because of the Cwmtawe appendage created for Westminster.

Recognising the constraints in the legislation, I suggest an alternative pairing of Brecon with Caerfyrddin. The two areas are well connected along the A40, and the Cwmtawe area has a natural affinity and connections with the Amman Valley.

This would require Llanelli to be paired with Gower, and Swansea West to be paired with Swansea East and Neath. Both of these pairings work well and suggested names for three pairs would be:
Brecon Caerfyrddin / Brycheiniog Caerfyrddin
Llanelli Gower / Llanelli Gwyr
Swansea Neath / Abertawe Nedd (using name of river not town)
