The pairings of the 16 constituencies is reasonable overall, but some of the names should be shortened. It isn’t necessary simply to combine the existing names of the two parliamentary constituency names if those names are themselves fairly long.

9. Rhondda & Port Talbot
14. Cardiff North East
15. Cardiff South West
(you don’t need the “and” for the Cardiff constituencies)
