Comment DBCC-4391

For Alyn, Deeside and Wrexham.
Why not call it Flintshire and Wrexham and Sir Fflint a Wrecsam.
Seeing as this will cover most of the current counties of both Flintshire and Wrexham, this is a better simpler name.

For Clwyd, I think this should be Denbighshire for similar reasons as above.
