Comment DBCC-4430

Merging two awkward parliamentary constituencies does not serve rural wales well, but taking this approach, combing Brecon, Radnor and Cwm-Tawe with Montgomeryshire and Glyndŵr is a better fit than combing Montgomeryshire and Glyndŵ with Dwyfor Meirionnydd. The constituencies mostly share a council and have an established history, and although there are good transport links between Dolgellau and Machynlleth and Brecon and Swansea, most constituents have more of an interest in what happens between Brecon and Welshpool than Dolgellau and Caernarfon.
