Comment DBCC-5252

The Powys area is ridiculously large. By some estimates a 2 hour drive to cross it, given 20mph areas, I suggest 3.5 hours more realistic. How is anyone expected to attend meetings within the working day? Given the state of broadband provision in rural areas, zoom meetings would be fraught.
Where is HQ to be sited?
I live in Ceredigion, county council offices in Aberystwyth and Aberaeron, which can take 45 miniuts+ to travel between, and they are 20 miles apart and sit on the A487 trunk road.
Travel in rural Wales has been a long neglected matter, distance is measured in hours to get there, not miles to travel.
