I have lived in Sully in the Vale of Glamorgan for 30 years. I chose to move out of Cardiff having lived there since birth. I chose to move to the beautiful area of the Vale of Glamorgan as a rural and coastal area.
The vale of Glamorgan council are excellent in terms of providing its local services to the community in which I live. A stark contrast to Cardiff Council .
I cannot see how Cardiff city centre surrounds urban and industrial areas such as pengham align or relate in any way to the sully or penarth areas in the vale of Glamorgan. Almost all political and social issues contrast significantly between the two areas.
This proposal is fundamentally flawed and is a mistake . I consider it a political decision of manipulation purely to increase dominance of the current labour administration .
Cardiff Council will not have the best Interest of the vale of Glamorgan in mind,
But will merely exploit the valuable land assets and estates it contains. .
