Comment DBCC-6842

Pairing Aberafan Maesteg with Rhondda and Ogmore, when Neath and Port Talbot already coexist happily within the same county, makes no practical sense. Residents of Port Talbot are far more likely to encounter, work with, and meet residents of Neath or the East of Swansea than they are to do the same with resident of the Rhondda Valley. There are greater transport links, cultural links, and social links between residents of Neath and Port Talbot, than either with those of Neath and Newtown or Port Talbot and Treorchy.

I realise that this pairing will necessitate the re-pairing of other constituencies. Please find attached a map to work around this, along with suggested names.
