Comment DBCC-7086

I don't understand why north and mid Wales areas have to be so large. Abyone appointed to those areas will have a considerable amount of traveling to do to get round them. I do realise the population is smaller in those areas but it still requires time to get round them. Have altered map somewhat, hope you can see it
