Comment DBCC-7115

I think Anglesey should be linked to Gwynedd for the following reasons:
- the routes of travel operate from one to the other
- a lot of people cross the two on a daily basis to work
- they are very closely linked historically, in terms of business / Local Authority communication, and cultural
- use of the Welsh language is very similar in both - placing Anglesey with the Vale of Clwyd would be a great risk to the Welsh language
- I don't see any sense in linking Gwynedd with North Powys.
