Comment DBCC-7794

We have no traditional common ground with the area of Dwyfor and have a much li ger shared history with Wrexham. It is our nearest town, the place we go for hospital treatment, our accent is the same we understand the culture of the city. We have far less uncommon with dwyfpr and it seems ridiculous to propose that we do.
