The Constituency Labour Party in Montgomeryshire and Glyndwr is opposed to the twinning of our constituency with Dwyfor Meirionydd. We believe that there are no good arguments for this pairing on geographical, transport, accessibility, historical, cultural or socio economic grounds.
We believe that the most sensible pairing is with Wrexham and we have submitted a paper to support this pairing. We sincerely ask you to reconsider.
