Hello, as a resident of Caerphilly County I write to inform you that both my wife and I wholly approve of the proposal to combine Merthyr Tydfil, Aberdare and Pontypridd with Blaenau Gwent,Rhymney and Caerphilly. These communities towards the north of the valley have a natural north -south topographical affinity rather than any east-west pairing spanning two different valleys. They are more likely to have common interests with each other.
