Dear friends
These are the comments of my friend [REDACTED]

COMMENTS ON PROPOSED CHANGES

WELSH PARLIAMENTARY CONSTITUENCIES 2026
The electoral systems that are/should be in force cannot be separated, as the raft of Welsh legislation remains in Westminster.

SUGGESTIONS FROM ME
Change the Welsh Westminster constituencies to the forty constituencies that existed before the United Kingdom Common Election in July this year. Making these forts the basis for the Welsh Parliament election in 2026. (Both senators to choose voting systems). And have two members elected to the Welsh Parliament in said Westminster constituencies.

That would de-complicate things and be a radical pattern rather than the conservatives currently proposed.
