Comment DBCC-8078

Dear Sir,

I wish to make a formal objection against the constituency of Islwyn being joined with Newport East and Newport West for the Senedd elections. The reason is that Islwyn falls within Caerphilly County Borough, and has more in common with a merger of the Caerphilly Constituency. The boundary commission recently transferred the Wards of Pontllanfraith into the Caerphilly Constituency. This also includes the Ynysddu Ward, and the recent General Election.

Yours Faithfully
Cllr Kevin Etheridge
