Comment DBCC-8080

I still believe that the combination of Neath and Swansea East with Brecon, Radnor and Cwm Tawe is misguided. I understand the concerns about knock on effects however I do not believe they can outweigh the negatives of such a disruptive pairing.

It makes much more sense to pair Neath and Swansea East with Aberafan Maesteg, which will reuinite most of the Neath Port Talbot local authority area.
