Comment DBCC-8103

I’m a proud Welsh person but I feel I am slowly becoming marginalised with Welsh only names. I would prefer to be able to continue to refer to the name “The Vale of Glamorgan” to my International (including English) friends. Welsh language good which I support but if we go too far we risk being accused of being isolationist. There has never been a greater need for (small l) liberals to demonstrate our international capability and desire to work together. My European friends are all proud of their ability with English.
