Comment DBCC-8122

I disagree with the use of Welsh only names.
I was born in Wales, lived in Wales all my life, I'm Welsh, but I do not speak Welsh. English and Welsh languages are supposed to have equal standing, that only appears applicable until someone can push a Welsh only agenda. There is no need for some monoligual monstrosity, a larger percentage of the Welsh population do not speak Welsh than those that do. Respect for both should be a given, but a number of these names mean nothing if you don't speak Welsh.
