Comment DBCC-8169
I fully support the Commission's recommendations and direction to adopt monolingual Welsh names for most of the proposed constituencies. Welsh is a national treasure that belongs to all of us, and the adoption of monolingual Welsh names shows respect for our common heritage and clearly states that Welsh is a living and relevant language. The names proposed are perfectly understandable to non-Welsh speakers, without the need for English translations. Therefore, this decision reflects an inclusive spirit and positive nationalism that unites the people of Wales.
