The part of Industrial land which makes up part of the larger Dow, Bakelite site in between Cadoxton brook Sully Moors road and Hayes road should all be within the Vale Of Glamorgan constituency. It makes sense to have the whole of the Industrial complex within one constituency rather than a small part in what was Cardiff South and Penarth. it is industrial land so does not effect the population in either constituency.
