Comment DBCC-8220

I am amazed that the proposed new constituency names are to be mainly in the Welsh language.
Less than 1 in 5 people in Wales speak Welsh. What sort of democracy agrees to 20% of the population controlling what language we speak?

What is the cost to the people of wales with the unnecessary duplication of every form and letter sent the people of wales? I don't speak Welsh and I look at all the waste you create by trying to convert me.

You could reduce this waste by employing one digit in the information you hold on me to communicate with me in English.

Even with all your programs to encouraging welsh speaking you are loosing the battle to increase the use of welsh speaking, it is not taking place. Not least because you are battling world wide Web that is predominantly English, particularly by the younger generation.

Play fair, let's have welsh for those that want it, don't force it on to people - it's dictatorship.
