This idea is nonsense, the majority of welsh people speak english only, I love Wales and being welsh, but this nonsense is simply to satisfy a small group of welsh speakers. I recognise the need to keep the welsh language but there are better ways to spend this money. I also do not agree with the expansion of the increased number of Assembly members.. What the heck do they do for the local people????? Other than talking a lot to each other!!!!!!!
