Comment DBCC-8253

Islwyn has always been part of Caerphilly since it’s amalgamated and should remain as such. Splitting it up and having half of the existing caerphilly borough part of Newport and the other half with rhymes etc is ludicrous. Newport council are a shambles. The old Islwyn area is usually forgotten about, it’ll be a step back to in time if it goes to Newport. Towns and city centres are vastly different to a mining village and valley. Something Newport council won’t appreciate not understand.
