Comment DBCC-8272

Having 'North and West Cardiff' and 'South and East Cardiff' constituencies (as opposed to 'North to East' and 'South to West' constituencies) may provide authorities with a more comprehensive overview (by having two differing viewpoints within Cardiff) and simplify any coastal complications (for Cardiff). However, aligning WAG boundaries with UK Parliamentary boundaries may simplify any political ambiguity that may occur between Cardiff Bay and Westminster.
