Comment DBCC-8273

The current constituency of Brecon and Radnor is already too diverse and scattered to allow comprehensive representation of all parts of the area.
Adding parts of Swansea and Neath constituencies will only make more scattered and diverse than it is now, making it even more difficult to represent.
Brecon and Radnor has more in common with parts of rural Monmouthshire and Carmarthenshire which would be more easily amalgamated into one rural constituency sharing common interests if the status quo cannot be maintained.
