Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to register my disgust with the proposed changes. Having lived in Penarth for over forty years
I feel strongly that Penarth should remain as part of the Vale of Glamorgan, why on earth would anybody feel that Penarth should be part of East or West Cardiff?
As for increasing the numbers of AM staff members in the Senedd, is this part of the plan to justify and implement these boundary changes?
