Comment DBCC-8331

On behalf of Llanelly Community Council we have had two comments forwarded regarding your proposals:
1. non welsh speakers have to google where they live; all 16 region
names should be in English and Welsh.
2. We should all know the cost of these mergers along with the perceived
savings through economies of scale.
