Accordingly as I have not received any written responses there are no observation to submit on behalf of my Community Council.

However on behalf of my members, I would like to express extreme disappointment that such an important Review which does affect residents in this area has been conducted over the Christmas and New Year period and has not afforded members on behalf of their residents to submit any meaningful and considered responses.

I should be grateful if you would confirm receipt of my observations and concerns as being within the Consultation period.
