Good afternoon,

I have set out below the response from Holywell Town Council.

• The Council feel that there was not adequate time to fully consider this matter, with the consultation period falling over the Christmas and New Year holiday period.

• The Council are satisfied with the new constituency name of Clwyd.

• The Council have asked to be copied in on all future correspondence regarding this matter.

• The Council have asked how these proposals will affect town and community councils, and County Councils.

• The Council feel that there was not enough detail in the consultation document to evaluate how local government would be reshaped.
