Dear Sir/Madam,

The Community Council has given its consideration to the review as it affects Penarth and Grangetown.

The Council considers that the current boundary for the constituency should remain unchanged on the basis that existing cultural links are preserved and there does not appear to be any clear benefit from the proposed change.
