North Wales as the Revised Proposals.
Mid and South-west Wales as below:
7 Dwyfor Meirionnydd and 9 Credigion Preseli would form a Sennedd constituency
It is linguistically and culturally very similar, and share the West Coast.
8 Montgomeryshire and Glyndwr and 10 BreconRadnorCwmTawe to form a Senedd constituency. It brings the county of Powys together, giving a good strong representation and voice. There are excellent communications - A roads, etc. This contrasts to 7 and 8 together which is extremely poor.
31Carmarthen and Mid & South Pembrokeshire have many times previously been together to form a single constituency. They have many excellent roads and main railway. They make a coherent S.W. constituency.
30 Llanelli and 29 Gower. These are linked by rail and road. The north Gower towns are nearer to Llanelli geographically than most of 31 Carmarthen. More over they share so much culturally, environmentally, etc. This cannot be said of a 30/31 pairing.
28 Swansea West and 27 Neath and Swansea East bring all the city urban area together - unites the city. Neath has good links with Swansea in many ways. Neath has absolutely none with 10. Completely nothing in common between Neath and Brecon and Radnor.
The South-East Wales as the Revised Proposals.
Suggested names for these Senedd constituencies:-
7 & 9 Gynedd Ceredigion Preseli
8 & 10 Powys Cwm Tawe Glyndwr
32 &31 Caerfyrddin Penfro
30 &29 Llanelli Gwyr
28 &27 Abertawe Nedd
